    • If a cancellation request is made within 7 days of enrollment for courses with self-paced material and no access has been utilized.
  • Gifts and Accessories:
    • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
    • A return or refund request is made within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • IT courses after the start date or if digital course materials have been accessed.
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.
  • Items purchased during sales or promotional events, unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Online Payments: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items. To request an exchange:

If the desired replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
